Yes. Collefolio lets you create and manage multiple collections within your account for maximum flexibility and organisation, without affecting your overall value statistics.

This allows you to separate different types of items, such as football shirts, memorabilia, or football boots, and track the value of each collection while still monitoring the overall performance of your entire collection.

Valuation can be done manually by collectors, drawing on personal experience, current prices from online stores, comparable eBay listings, and auction results.

Yes, you can choose whether your collections and data are private or shared with other Collefolio users.

Keeping valuable collections private can be important for security reasons.

Collections often represent significant financial value, and publicly displaying detailed information may increase the risk of unwanted attention. To protect users, data entered into Collefolio remains confidential and cannot be accessed by staff, site administrators or other Collefolio users unless the user explicitly chooses to make it public.

We give users full control over their visibility settings, allowing them to share selectively while protecting their assets and personal information.

Yes. Collefolio allows you to structure your collection in a way that suits how you collect.

You can categorise by team, country, manufacturer, matchworn status, or any other system you prefer, including adding items to multiple collections.

This flexible categorisation system makes it easier to browse, analyse and manage growing collections over time, and most importantly, makes collecting even more enjoyable.

If your subscription is not renewed, your account will revert to the view-only plan.

You will keep access to your collection data, but you will not be able to add new items, and premium features such as statistics and export options will be disabled until your subscription is reactivated.

Your data will not be deleted unless you choose to delete it.
